Matthew 6:9It is Jesus’ own words that tell us ‘this is how you should pray.’ So we begin at the beginning, with Jesus, examining what it means to pray to Our Father in Heaven. It is here that the focus and priority of prayer is rightly placed—upon God. It is also then we can reflect upon the import of addressing God as Father and what it means to truly be children of God in the world in which we live. It is a bold and life changing address that we need to take seriously.

God calls more than adults, even though Samuel did not know what it was the first few times, God kept calling until finally Samuel acknowledged who was calling and what he needed to do.
